Donald Findlay QC has launched a new website.
Mr Findlay, Scotland’s top criminal lawyer, became an advocate at the Scottish bar in 1975 and a Queen’s Counsel in 1988. He is renowned for being fearless in his pursuit of justice for his clients and is widely regarded as having shaped modern-day cross examination practices in Scotland.
He is the veteran of more than 700 homicide trials, making him the most instructed defence counsel in such matters in Scotland and one with a reputation throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.
