Via Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service: A range of leaders from across the SCTS have embarked on a 10-month leadership course.
The service’s education and learning unit has collaborated with various experts to pull together the 10 interactive workshops.
Yesterday’s event was facilitated by Osmaan Sharif from Rapid Transformation and was all about “growth mindset”.
