Information on forthcoming appeals now available on courts website

Enhanced information in relation to upcoming appeal cases in the Court of Session is now available on the Scottish Courts and Tribunals website.
New case details include summaries of forthcoming appeals and links to first instance decisions, where they are available.
The Lord President, Lord Carloway, said: “This enhanced information will provide greater transparency, enabling interested parties and the public to see, at a glance, forthcoming appeals in the Court of Session.
“In due course, information will also be published on the outcome of applications for permission to appeal.
“These developments support the principle of open justice and accessibility.”
