Morisons strengthens real estate team with partner appointment

Morisons Solicitors has appointed Andrew Warren as a partner heading up the firm’s real estate team based in Glasgow.

Formerly a partner and head of real estate in Scotland with Irwin Mitchell, one of the UK’s largest law firms, Mr Warren has twenty-five years’ experience of the commercial property market representing investors, funders and occupiers across the leisure, retail, office and industrial sectors.

Morisons’ commercial property team represents organisations including Lidl, RBS and BAE Systems Ltd.

Peter Duff, managing partner at Morisons, said: “Andrew is an experienced practitioner representing clients in every aspect of the commercial property sector and is well placed to both develop the Glasgow team and add his weight and knowledge to our Edinburgh team.”

Away from the office Mr Warren, who lives in Uplawmoor, is a keen golfer and member of The St Andrews Golf Club.
