RICS welcomes new lawyers to construction panel

RICS is pleased to have successfully recruited a new cohort of lawyers to its construction adjudicator panel.
Shona Frame (CMS), Richard Silver (Silver Shemmings LLP), Brandon Malone (Brandon Malone & Co), Peter Aeberli (3 Paper Buildings), Kenny Valentine (Pinsent Masons LLP), and Chris Mackay (Burness Paull LLP) are the latest additions to the RICS panel and will be eligible for nomination to construction disputes referred to RICS for an independent, impartial appointment.
These new engagements complement the existing expertise held by the chartered surveyor practitioners already on the panel, and further cements RICS’ position as the leading adjudicator nominating body in Scotland.
