Thorntons achieves its best ever ranking in Chambers 2016 guide

Thorntons has been named as one of the country’s top performing legal companies in this year’s Chambers UK Legal Directory.

The firm achieved its best ever performance in the guide with a total of nine rankings, scoring highly in agriculture, employment, media and entertainment, healthcare, intellectual property and immigration.

The firm is also a top ranked firm in personal injury and family law and one of Scotland’s leaders in the area of wills, trusts and executries.

The directory, published each year, lists law firms commended for their outstanding technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence and commitment.

Thorntons was ranked as one of the best firms in the country, with one client branding the team “very good and very efficient” and another adding that the firm “strikes the right balance between being a welcoming, service-oriented business with professional competence.”
