Wednesday’s Employment Law Conference to tackle back to work issues

Protection for employees and obligations on employers in Long Covid cases and employee surveillance at work are just two of the topics to be tackled at CLT Scotland’s Employment Conference taking place online on Wednesday 22 September.

Chaired by Morton Fraser’s Lindsey Cartwright, the conference will also consider managing redundancies well, inclusion in the workplace, the less well-known provisions of the Equality Act and tricky tribunal issues.

Lindsey will be joined on the speaking panel by Debbie Fellows of Thorntons, Jennifer Skeoch from Burness Paull, TLT’s Jonathan Rennie, Elise Turner of Morton Fraser and David Hay from Westwater Advocates.
