Aberdein Considine appoints private client lawyer Aileen Entwistle
Private client lawyer Aileen Entwistle has joined Aberdein Considine in Glasgow.
Ms Entwistle specialises in a wide range of private client practice areas, particularly wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning for high net-worth individuals.
Managing partner Jacqueline Law said: “Aileen is highly respected in what is an increasingly demanding area of law.
“In the years to come, Scotland will experience the greatest transfer of personal wealth in its history as the baby boomer generation seeks to prudently transfer wealth and assets to the next generation.
“As a firm that offers property, legal and financial advice together, we are well placed to help clients navigate what can be a complex maze of taxation and trust law.
“Therefore, private client work is growing at a significant pace for the firm, and Aileen will be a huge asset to both Aberdein Considine and our clients.”
Ms Entwistle is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is also a notary public.
She said: “Aberdein Considine already has a fantastic reputation within the private client sector and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to help the firm grow. I’m also looking forward to supporting our clients when and where they need us.”
