Aberdein Considine promotes dispute resolution specialist Jennifer Matthew
Aberdein Considine has promoted Jennifer Matthew to associate.
Ms Matthew joined Aberdein Considine’s flagship legal office in Edinburgh in April 2018 and has played a key role in the growth of the firm’s commercial litigation business across the central belt.
She graduated with an LLB from the University of Dundee in 2010, completing her diploma in 2013.
She has worked across a range of areas including residential and commercial real estate, and since 2014 she has specialised in commercial litigation, representing major contractors, building companies, retail clients and insurers.
Euan McSherry, head of dispute resolution at Aberdein Considine, said: “Since joining us in 2018 Jennifer has been a crucial member of the team, working tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of support and service.”
He added: “Her expertise and commercial acumen have been critical as we continue to grow in this key area, and her promotion is recognition of her value to both clients and the firm.”
Ms Matthew said: “Joining Aberdein Considine was a great opportunity, and I’m hugely honoured to be appointed to associate. I’ve learned a huge amount from what is an extremely talented and experienced team, and I’m looking forward to continuing to support our clients, when and where they need us.”
