Addleshaw Goddard reappointed to Co-op legal panel
Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has announced its reappointment to The Co-op’s legal panel.
Following a formal tender process, the international law firm - which has offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow - was appointed to provide full service advice to the Co-op’s food retail, funeral services, general insurer, legal services and other businesses.
Manchester-based Co-op relationship partners James Whittaker and Andy Green lead the firm’s team, which has advised the Co-op for over 18 years. AG joins a further seven firms on the new panel.
Mr Whittaker said: “We are delighted to have been reappointed to the Co-op panel. This appointment not only allows us to continue our association with the Co-op, but allows us to continue to develop innovative ways of working on a number of new projects.
“This is an exciting time for Co-op as it continues to diversify and build its varied businesses and further promote its heritage to customers across the UK. We are thrilled to be able to play a continuing role within this.”
