Addleshaw Goddard relocates Edinburgh office to St Andrew Square

Addleshaw Goddard is to relocate its Edinburgh operations to a new office at 24 St Andrew Square.

24 St Andrew Square has been comprehensively redeveloped by Ardstone Capital Limited on behalf of CBRE Investment Management and the Ardstone Regional Office Fund to create 48,200 sq ft contemporary office space.

Addleshaw Goddard have taken a pre-let of 29,237 sq ft over levels one to four, including a spectacular roof terrace with views across the square.
