Advocate Lynda Brabender QC reappointed to Scottish Civil Justice Council

Lynda Brabender QC
Advocate member Lynda Brabender QC has been reappointed to the Scottish Civil Justice Council.
She will take up the three-year post on 28 September 2019.
The appointment was made by the Lord President following an open and competitive recruitment exercise in consultation with the Faculty of Advocates.
The Lord President, Lord Carloway, chair of the Council, said: “I am delighted that Lynda Brabender is continuing with the Council. She has already brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Council and its Family Law Committee.”
