Alison Broomhall joins RSB Lindsays

Ms Broomhall has worked in commercial property for over two-and-half years and her previous experience includes acting for landlord and tenant in retail, hospitality and leisure transactions and acting for corporate entities purchasing residential estates to use for commercial purposes. She has also managed a Scottish property portfolio disposal which was worth £5.6 million via private treaty and auction sales.

Prior to this, she gained seven years’ commercial experience in the oil and gas industry where she was responsible for managing high value mergers for international businesses and protecting the company’s legal interests during international expansion.
