She joins from Dentons and brings more than 20 years of experience. In addition to core commercial contracts, she specialises in IP and innovation, with sector expertise in food and drink, fintech and green energy.

The firm’s commercial services practice has also been bolstered by the appointments of associates Ally Burr, who is based in Inverness, and Rebecca Ronney who will work alongside Alison from Brodies’ Glasgow office.
