Alistair Dean joins DAC Beachcroft
DAC Beachcroft is pleased to welcome commercial and construction disputes specialist Alistair Dean as a partner in its national professional & commercial risks team in Scotland.
He joins DACB from Anderson Strathern.
Mr Dean has nearly three decades’ experience in commercial and construction disputes, advising developers, contractors, sub-contractors, housebuilders and national retailers. He is a solicitor advocate and has significant experience in representing clients in a very wide range of complex commercial matters at adjudication, arbitration, mediation and expert determination.
