Amy Fordyce

She joins the Aberdeen office from Pinsent Masons and has experience in dealing with high value private M&A transactions, working with clients both nationally and internationally and advising on various corporate matters such as joint venture agreements and group reorganisations.

Ms Fordyce is also skilled in dealing with commercial leases on behalf of both landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and enhances the depth of skill and experience offered by the Stronachs’ commercial/corporate teams on both a national and international level.
