And finally... caved in

The demolition of a building known as “Britain’s biggest man cave” has cost around £220,000 in taxpayers’ money.

This is according to the Forest of Dean District Council, which wants millionaire accountant Graham Wildin, who built the cave, to pay for the destruction of the site.

The building held within it a bowling alley, casino and cinema and was the subject of a lengthy legal battle which saw Mr Wildin receive multiple court orders to demolish it and even serve time in prison for refusing to do so.

The council eventually demolished the Cinderford building last year. It said it has started proceedings to reclaim the costs from Mr Wildin, BBC News reports.
