And finally… may the force find and arrest you and kind lawyer leaves huge tip
A short person dressed as Star Wars character has robbed a bank in North Carolina.
The five foot thief was dressed as Darth Vader and wielded a rifle which he pointed at the teller, making her hand over thousands of dollars.
The pint-sized crook also wore black gloves as well as Vader’s chestplate.
After taking the money the thief fled in a Chevrolet Suburban, not quite the Death Star.
A generous lawyer left a tip of $25,000 for a waiter to allow him to fix his teeth.
Fred Boettcher, whose firm is based in Ponca City, Oklahoma, gave waiter Brian Maixner at the Doo-Dah Diner in Wichita, Kansas the cash because he knew Mr Maixner was “something special”.
He told KWCH: “I took one look at this young man and knew he was something special.
“He carried himself with such kindness and confidence with a mouth that looked painful. I was struck by that.”
Mr Boettcher was eating at the diner with his family when he called the owner, Timirie Shibley, to ask whether he could pay for Mr Maixner’s new teeth.
Mr Maixner said: “This man doesn’t know me and this is something I could never afford to do for myself.
“It touched me so much that he cared.”
Ms Shibley said Mr Maixner is deserving of the gift.
She told today.com: “He’s one of those employees you wish you had six of.
“His whole mission is to please people as quickly as possible and he laughs along the way. He’s a very hard worker.”
She added that the pair had a cry before getting back to work after Mr Boettcher’s incredibly kind gesture.
