David Waugaman, 57, is seeking thousands in damages after he fell with such severity that he needed to be hospitalised for an injury to his right shoulder.

Waugaman argues that bartenders at Ziggy’s Hotel in Youngwood, Pennsylvania should not have kept refilling his glass.

His attorney told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: “You’re not supposed to feed people so much booze they fall off a bar stool.”
