Anderson Strathern strengthens firm with two new partner appointments
Anderson Strathern has appointed two new partners - Douglas McLachlan and Martin Campbell. There are also 16 other promotions across the firm with nine new senior solicitors and associates and seven new senior associates.
Mr McLachlan joined Anderson Strathern from DWF in 2015. He has helped grow the firm’s corporate offering with his expertise in intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT), and competition law and by introducing a range of significant new clients to the firm. He is also an accredited specialist in public procurement law and an active member of Anderson Strathern’s food & drink sector group.
Mr Campbell leads the firm’s specialist tax practice and provides estate, succession and tax planning advice to many of the firm’s largest family clients and their other advisers.He is a double accredited, with recognition in both tax and trust law. As a result of legislative changes and the recent Brexit vote, Mr Campbell offers advice in guiding clients through the changing tax landscape.
