President of Scottish Tribunals, Lady Wise, said: “I would like to express my gratitude for the diligence and assistance provided by Marion throughout her tenure as President. The knowledge and expertise she has brought to the tribunal has been considerable and is much appreciated by its members.

“I wish to congratulate Andrew on his appointment as the next president of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland. I have no doubt that he will continue to carry out this important work with the same level of commitment as his predecessor.”
