Andrew Webster KC becomes new president of Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland
Andrew Webster KC has been appointed as president of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland ahead of the resignation of current president, Marion Caldwell KC.
Mr Webster called to the bar in 1992 having trained with commercial law firm Bird Semple Fyfe Ireland WS in Edinburgh and London. He holds a number of judicial and tribunal positions.
He is a part-time sheriff and a chairing member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland, the Police Appeals Tribunal and the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland. He is also the current director of Themis Advocates. Mr Webster will take up his post on 31 August.
