The ten-month programme will provide selected growth-stage businesses with legal advice, regular mentorship meetings and access to AG’s global roster of seminars and networking events, many of which are attended by leading business executives, financiers and industry experts.

Since its launch in 2017, the annual programme has helped over 60 businesses including a number of Scottish firms, tackle a range of legal and operational challenges. Previous alumni of AG Elevate include a range of tech start-ups from various industries, including fintech innovators, online consumer brands, sustainability and clean-tech pioneers and prop-tech companies. Some of these companies include Amiqus, Tumelo, Finance Unlocked, Intelligent Growth Solutions and Fuuse.

To qualify for AG Elevate, companies must be based within the technology sector, have plans to achieve high-growth status and have been the recipient of either seed or later funding.

The full support package offered by the AG Elevate accelerator programme is as follows:

• An assigned legal mentor who will meet with the business every month
• 25 hours of free legal advice on specialist areas
• Access to AG’s legal seminars and networking events
• Access to AG’s legal updates and other publications
• Access to regular insight sessions hosted in collaboration with business mentors in the AG network
• All other legal advice offered by AG will be provided at a 30% discount

The firm will accept applications for AG Elevate from companies that are primarily based in either the UK, Ireland, France, Spain or Germany.
The deadline for applications to AG Elevate is 31 July 2024.
