Appointments at Macdonald Henderson
Macdonald Henderson has announced the appointments of Jennifer Love as associate director (litigation) and Tomas Simpson as associate director (conveyancing).
Ms Love joins from CMS and has extensive knowledge in civil & commercial litigation and insolvency related work. She has regularly appeared across courts in Scotland and has substantial experience in Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedure as well as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland.
Mr Simpson specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing work including the purchase and sale of residential property, transfers of title, remortgages and security work, and is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Property Law Committee.
