Arrival of new associate boosts Anderson Strathern’s medical negligence practice

Mr Wilson joined the firm from Drummond Miller and is based in the eight-strong healthcare team, working alongside Robert Carr, the firm’s chair and a medical negligence accredited specialist.

He is a young lawyer with great potential and the ability to be a future leader in this area at the firm. Robbie originally trained with Anderson Strathern and understands our caring ethos.”

In his new role, Mr Wilson will continue to support individuals who have been involved in medical accidents of all kinds from birth injuries, misdiagnosis of illnesses and failure to treat. Having focused on this complex area for a number of years he has assisted many individuals and families to deal with the aftermath of catastrophic medical outcomes.

He has also been a tutor on the University of Edinburgh’s Diploma in Legal Practice personal injury elective for the past four years.
