Assessment of Scottish economy headlines next month’s Commercial Property Conference
Dr Mark Robertson of Ryden will present the keynote session at CLT Scotland’s Commercial Property Conference taking place exclusively in-person on Monday 30 October at Murrayfield Stadium.
Dr Robertson will provide an assessment of the Scottish economy with a particular focus on residential development and investment, office markets, industrial property markets and investment property.
The conference will include topics ranging from landlord’s consent, material breach and terminating real estate contracts to LBTT, the impact of prescription on property claims and transactions and coping with complaints.
Deborah Lovell of Anderson Strathern, Matt Farrell from Brodies, Mitchells Roberton’s Ken Gerber, Scott Manson of Axiom Advocates and Susan Williams from the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission will join Dr Robertson on the panel of speakers. Professor Kenneth Ross of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park Authority will chair the conference.
