Axiom Advocates welcomes Murray Steel and Megan Dewart
Axiom Advocates is delighted to welcome Murray Steel and Megan Dewart as the newest members of the stable, both having called to the bar today.
Before calling, Mr Steel spent 10 years as a solicitor in private practice. He has a background in accountancy and an LLM in construction law. He called to the bar as a Faculty Scholar and his principal areas of practice are commercial and construction law, he also acts for clients in relation to contractual, professional liability, and insurance matters.
Ms Dewart also called to the bar as a Scholar. Prior to calling, she worked for three years as Law Clerk to the Lord President. She assisted Lord Carloway with cases across a very broad spectrum of areas including many commercial and public law appeals; and otherwise has experience of public, professional liability; and commercial and regulatory law.
