Balfour+Manson welcomes new partner Karen Phillips
Balfour+Manson has announced the appointment of Karen Phillips as a partner to its private client department commencing in June. Ms Phillips joins the firm from Brodies where she has worked for almost 10 years. She has extensive experience with all areas of private client work including wills and complex executries as well as tax and estate planning, charities, trusts and incapacity related issues.
She has a particular interest in personal injury trusts, incapacity law and care and is highly regarded as being very knowledgeable and an accomplished specialist advisor in this field. She is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
