Balfour+Manson welcomes two new associates
Balfour+Manson has welcomed Kirsten Lobban (pictured right) and Jamie Robb as associates.
Ms Lobban joins the Aberdeen office of the firm as an associate in the firm’s family law team. The team is already well known for the expertise and knowledge of its individual members and its emphasis on finding the right solutions for its clients.
Ranked by Chambers and Partners as an associate to watch and described as “very knowledgeable”, she brings a wealth of experience in advising clients on a wide range of family matters including divorce, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child related disputes and adoption. She is a trained collaborative solicitor.
Partner Julie Clark-Spence who heads up the Aberdeen office said: “We are excited to now have a dedicated member of the family team in Aberdeen. This means our clients here are able to get a full range of personal injury, medical negligence, employment and family advice that is bespoke to their needs.”
Mr Robb (pictured right) has joined the litigation team in the Edinburgh office specialising in personal injury and medical negligence. He will work alongside senior partner Fred Tyler whose reputation for excellence in these fields is second to none.
Mr Robb has extensive experience in pursuing personal injury claims ranging from employer liability and road traffic accidents to medical negligence claims. He has also handled a significant number of high value, complex commercial cases and secured large settlements for clients.
