Beverley Atkinson joins Clyde & Co in Edinburgh
Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of professional indemnity specialist Beverley Atkinson as a legal director in its Edinburgh office.
Ms Atkinson joins the firm from DAC Beachcroft where she worked as a legal director and solicitor advocate defending complex, high value, professional indemnity claims made against a wide range of professionals.
She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in professional negligence law, and is a solicitor advocate with extended rights of audience in the Scottish civil courts.
She is dual-qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, and has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution and defending claims against a wide range of professionals in the legal, construction, insurance and financial services sectors.
