Blackadders appoints Neil Robb as head of commercial property
Blackadders LLP has announced the appointment of Neil Robb as head of the firm’s commercial property team.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, he has practised in Aberdeen acting for a wide range of clients throughout Scotland. He was a founding partner of Plenderleath Runcie, which merged with Blackadders.
His primary focus is on commercial property acting for a range of developers, property investment companies and individuals, across various sectors and is involved in a number of student development, care home and renewables projects.
Emma Gray, joint managing partner, and the former head of the commercial property team, said: “Neil has taken on this role when the team is successfully implementing its growth strategy. We want to maintain and enhance our reputation for delivering clear and measured advice to our clients. Neil’s impressive credentials will certainly help us to do that. Having worked with Neil for a number of years, I know that clients value his confident, commercial approach as much as his technical expertise.”
Mr Robb said: “We have an impressive client portfolio at Blackadders and deal with varied and often complex cases. I am looking forward to developing a strong team right across Scotland that can maintain Blackadders’ position as a leading commercial property firm.”
