Blackadders sees profits of £4.6m
Blackadders has posted its accounts for the year to 31 March 2021, with profits of £4.6 million and turnover of £13.1m.
Managing partner, Johnston Clark, said: “Our disaster recovery plan which had been carefully prepared was very effective and we were able to maintain client service throughout, subject to the courts and public registers functioning”.
Mr Clark also said he was pleased to see new partners Lynn Melville, John Dargie and Steven Connolly join the firm.
The firm’s “grow its own” policy of recruiting and retaining trainee solicitors on qualification continued unabated with the appointment of six newly qualified solicitors and an intake of eight new trainees this year.
