Bob Bruce

Mr Bruce, 57, was taken ill at his home last weekend and died in hospital on Saturday. He was a partner in the Dundee firm of Bruce Short & Co in the eighties but took a break from the law to set up Secure Airparks, his car park business at Edinburgh Airport.

He returned to the law in 1996, setting up Bruce & Co in Arbroath.
