Kenny Scott advises local and national employers across a wide range of sectors on the full spectrum of employment law and HR matters. Accredited as a specialist in employment law by the Law Society of Scotland, he has extensive experience of advising on organisational change, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, data protection and the employment aspects of insolvency situations.

Mr Scott also regularly advises senior executives and individuals on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and bringing employment tribunal claims.
