Mr Malone will continue to deal with disputes in the Scottish courts as a solicitor advocate and will continue to act as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator.

He already has rights of audience in the higher courts south of the border, having qualified as a solicitor advocate there, and will continue to accept instructions in cases in London and internationally through Quadrant Chambers.
