Following a competitive tender process, Brodies was appointed to Lots 7 and 8 of Sanctuary’s legal panel to provide advice across the full spectrum of its activities in Scotland including development and construction (transactional and contentious), housing management, corporate, finance, commercial, regulatory, and employment. The appointment runs for seven years, from 2024 to 2031.

Sanctuary provides around 125,000 accommodation units across the UK.
