Brodies IP partners Gill Grassie and Robert Buchan, who both receive individual gold rankings for their expertise in enforcement and litigation in this year’s guide, are described as “two of the very best that Scotland has to offer”, and “exceptionally strong in terms of technical knowledge”, presenting advice in a way that is “client friendly and easy to understand.”
Grant Campbell, head of Brodies’ commercial services division, is ranked as a leading individual in the transactional IP category and receives specific praise for “brokering bespoke deals in which intellectual property and technology interface.”
Commenting on Brodies’ rankings in the new guide, Ms Grassie said: “It is with thanks to our clients that we have achieved a gold ranking from WTMR for the fifth year in a row.
