bto makes raft of promotions
David Young of the firm’s commercial litigation team, now one of the largest in Scotland, Scott Wyper of its well respected corporate team and Claire White of bto’s personal injury team have all been promoted to partners.
Ross Brown of the private client team, servicing individuals and their families, Cara Docherty of the professional discipline & clinical defence team, which acts for all the main medical defence unions and their medical arms, and Michael Collins of the insurers’ representation team, now the largest insurance team of the remaining independent Scottish legal firms, have all been appointed as associates.
Joining bto’s real estate team from Brodies LLP, associate Nicola McCluskie specialises in property transactions acting for developers in the commercial and residential sectors. She also brings extensive experience of dealing with the development, acquisition, sale and financing of major renewable energy projects.
