Burness Paull appoints Douglas Blyth as dispute resolution partner
Burness Paull has appointed commercial litigator Douglas Blyth as a partner in its dispute resolution team.
Mr Blyth brings a broad range of sector experience and particular expertise in the areas of insolvency, corporate and shareholder disputes, public procurement and judicial review. He is recognised in the field of commercial litigation in Scotland by both the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories.
As a solicitor advocate, Mr Blyth has rights of audience in Scotland’s higher courts.
