Burness Paull going for gold at 2015 Buccleuch Property Challenge
Burness Paull has its eyes firmly on the prize for the 2015 Buccleuch Property Challenge.
With a mixed team entered from the firm’s Edinburgh office, training is well and truly underway and they are raring to go – having just missed out on a trophy last year.
Taking place on 4 September at Drumlanrig Castle, in Dumfries and Galloway, the Buccleuch Property Challenge is an annual event which welcomes entrants from across the property, legal and business sectors.
Now into its ninth year, the course is designed for everybody from first timers to experienced adventure racers and takes place over six hours. The emphasis of the event is team work and includes a number of different stages including mountain biking, running and orienteering.
While the main focus is on team work there is also a charitable side, and for the first time entrants are allowed to choose their own charity to support. This year Burness Paull will be supporting St Columba’s Hospice. The national charity selected by Buccleuch Property will be Tearfund.
