The judges were impressed by “Burness Paull’s ability to create a new and attractive employment culture that took into account the genuine views of all employees.”

They saw evidence of a strong, employee-focused culture where staff were valued and felt engaged, with evidence of excellent internal communication and a culture of personal and professional development.

They also demonstrated how flexible working practices and other initiatives helped staff achieve a good work-life balance.
