Caroline MacBeath

Ms MacBeath completed her LLB at the University of Aberdeen in 2002 and later attended Dundee University to complete her diploma in 2011.

She undertook her traineeship with a well-known firm in Fife specialising in civil court matters and has always had a keen interest in family law. Since qualifying, she has continued to focus on this area, working in firms in Edinburgh and East Lothian before joining Gibson Kerr in August 2018 as a solicitor with the family law team.

She deals with all aspects of family law including contact and residence disputes, child relocation, financial provision on divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships and regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and instructs counsel in Court of Session actions.
