Carolyne Hair and Sarah Letson promoted at DLA Piper Scotland
DLA Piper has announced two promotions in Scotland.
Carolyne Hair has been promoted to partner, real estate and Sarah Letson, finance, projects and restructuring, has been promoted to legal director.
Ms Hair joined the firm in 2005 and focuses on acquisitions and disposals for high profile funds and property companies. She also has experience acting for landowners in the disposal of residential development sites.
She is one of 19 new partners named by DLA Piper worldwide as she has been promoted to partner in real estate.
Ms Letson joined DLA Piper’s London office in 2011 and relocated to Edinburgh in 2019. She has experience in all aspects of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency and she acts for a variety of stakeholders in domestic and international financial restructurings.
She has been made legal director of finance, projects and restructuring.
