CLT Commercial Property Conference next month
Dilapidations in the current financial climate are to be considered at next month’s Commercial Property Conference.
The impact of repairing obligations on contemporary dilapidations claims will be examined at CLT Scotland’s Commercial Property Conference which will take place online on 5 June and is sponsored by Stewart Title.
Formidable commercial litigator, Alan McMillan of Burness Paull will consider the practical aspects of dilapidations claims in the current financial climate, considering whether and to what extent drafting repairing obligations affects this, or should be affected.
Chaired by Ken Gerber of Mitchells Roberton, the speaking panel will also include Elaine Petterson from Brodies, Gavin MacColl KC of Themis Advocates, John Logan from Stewart Title and Amir Ismail of Holmes Mackillop.
