CLT’s Employment Conference tackles return to work issues
CLT Scotland’s new employment conference on 1st June will tackle a number of topical issues as the country returns to the workplace.
Chaired by Brodies’ Head of Employment and Immigration, Tony Hadden, the virtual conference will consider what strategies need to be in place to deal with flexible working requests, how to manage the risks associated with changes to the working environment, getting your case across successfully in remote hearings and how remote mediation can save your clients time and money. Updates on immigration, whistleblowing and data protection will complete the comprehensive programme.
Tony will be joined on the speaking panel by Finlay McKay of CMS, Burness Paull’s, Tricia Walker, Russell Bradley from Axiom Advocates, Alun Thomas of Anderson Strathern, Arthur & Carmichael’s Daniel Gunn and Tony’s colleague Elaine McIlroy.
Forming part of the Scots Law Summer Series, the conference will provide delegates with 6 hours’ CPD.
