CMS to take 22,000 sq ft in grade A Glasgow property

CMS has been announced as the latest office occupier to take space in 1 West Regent Street, a newly completed grade A property in Glasgow city centre.

The firm has taken the entire fifth floor and part of the fourth floor at 1 West Regent Street, comprising circa 22,000 sq ft of high office space, on a ten year FRI lease.

CMS is relocating from its current Glasgow office at 191 West George Street and plans to commence fit out and take occupation in May 2016.

Caryn Penley, executive partner at CMS Scotland said: “The move to 1 West Regent Street comes at an exciting time for the firm as we look to provide a more modern environment.
