Court process begins for FAI into death of baby boy

The Crown Office has lodged a first notice to begin the court process for a fatal accident inquiry into the death of Grayson McEwan.
Baby Grayson was born in the early hours of 22 October 2022 at Royal Alexandra Hospital and died at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in the early afternoon of the same day.
A preliminary hearing is set for 11 March 2025 in Glasgow Sheriff Court.
