Employees across DAC Beachcroft’s offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh took part in Best Companies’ employee engagement survey late last year, responding to 70 questions about the firm and what it is like to work for it.

Those businesses with the highest Regional Best Companies Index (RBCI) scores were then ranked in standalone regional rankings. DAC Beachcroft is one of just two law firms in Scotland to have been included in the 2019 list, which was published this week.

“RBCI is a rigorous and tried and tested way of measuring engagement, and to receive such a strong vote of support from our staff makes me, as well as the wider management team, very proud,” commented John Maillie, Location Head for DAC Beachcroft Scotland.

“This is a fantastic endorsement which demonstrates that we are doing quite a lot right to make our staff feel valued and motivated. There will, of course, always be areas where we can improve, so we mustn’t be complacent.”
