Dallas McMillan Solicitors announces 2023 charity partners
Dallas McMillan Solicitors has announced their two charity partners for 2023.
All members of staff were asked for their nominations for charity partners and the clear winners were Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Homeless Project Scotland.
Forbes Leslie, partner and head of commercial property who also heads the firm’s charities team, said: “We are delighted to announce SAMH and Homeless Project Scotland as our charity partners for 2023. Both charities do vital work and we intend to ensure we support both as much as possible and in as many ways as we can.”
Set up in 1923, SAMH is Scotland’s national mental health charity, working with adults and young people in over 60 communities, providing mental health support and services. It also offers national programme work with its See Me and respectme campaigns.
Homeless Project Scotland was founded in 2019. Their purpose is to provide support to homeless and vulnerable people, providing on average 130,000 meals a year to the homeless and vulnerable.
David McElroy, Dallas McMillan’s managing partner, said: “Dallas McMillan consider our charity work to be hugely important and it is something everyone in the firm gets behind. We are all very much looking forward to working with SAMH and Homeless Project Scotland.”
