Daniel Bain joins Balfour and Manson as partner
Daniel Bain has joined Balfour and Manson as a partner.
Mr Bain was previously a legal director at Shepherd and Wedderburn where he had been since he was a trainee.
He said: “I’m really pleased to come on board and join the team at a great firm like Balfour and Manson. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.”
Elaine Motion, executive chairman of Balfour and Manson, said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Daniel to the firm and feel he will be a huge asset to our Litigation Department.
“His recruitment continues our policy of seeking out top talent at all levels of the firm, with a strong focus on bringing in talented young partners who can really help drive the firm forward.”
The firm reshaped its management structure earlier this year when Scott Foster, a long-standing banking relationship manager to professional services firms, joined as chief operating officer.
Mr Foster said: “Balfour and Manson is in a positive and confident place and exciting hires like Daniel show that we really mean business.”
