Davidson Chalmers appoints new head of construction
Davidson Chalmers has announced the appointment of Simone Young as its new head of construction.
Ms Young, who joins the firm from Lindsays, will work closely with the firm’s commercial property, planning and renewable energy teams.
She specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction law and has extensive experience in acting for all parties involved in the construction sector and regularly advises clients upon both standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
She is involved in drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation and has worked with a wide range of organisations including Edinburgh University, Heriot-Watt University, The Scottish Historic Buildings Trust and The Scottish Youth Hostel Association.
